We'9re going to remove areas of broken as well,” Mr. Wheeland said, describing plans to remove several inches of failed chip seal and place a heavy asphalt base before reapplying chip seal.
Council members and staff discussed that Republic (the contracted refuse hauler) uses large trucks and that the contract limits the city'9s ability to require smaller vehicles; staff said Republic does not have smaller units available.
