Stephen Higgins (DPW) was mentioned as the staff contact who acknowledged earlier inquiries about meadow maintenance; commission members said they expect DPW participation at the stakeholder meeting and that follow-up is needed to produce a practical maintenance budget and timeline.
The commission asked members to attend the Sept. 16 stakeholders meeting at town hall to help shape the plan and to confirm long-term maintenance responsibilities. No formal policy or expenditure decisions were made at the Sept. 4 meeting.
