The Lower Pottsgrove Township Authority unanimously approved its 2026 officers and professional consultants at its Jan. 12 meeting.
Chairperson James Toth, Vice-Chairperson Sean Pence, Secretary Mark Loshnowsky and Treasurer Joe McGeehan were re-nominated as the authority's slate. Mark Loshnowsky moved the nomination and Joseph Groff seconded; the motion passed 5-0.
The board also voted to retain Fox Rothschild LLP as the Authority Solicitor at $200.00 per hour after a motion by Mark Loshnowsky and a second from Joe McGeehan. The Authority retained Ebert Engineering Associates as Authority Engineer at $113.85 per hour on a motion by Loshnowsky and a second from McGeehan; both appointments passed 5-0.
The reorganization completed at 6:04 p.m. and the board then approved the Dec. 8, 2025 meeting minutes by unanimous vote.
The appointments set the legal and engineering teams for Authority operations and upcoming projects, including continued planning for wastewater infrastructure improvements and regulatory reviews with state and federal agencies.
