The Ocean Township Board of Adjustment took several routine procedural actions and memorialized resolutions at its regular meeting. Chairman Fuller opened the hearing and the board recorded votes on a set of resolutions, including memorializations for 553 North Edgemere LLC and 55 WPR Holdings LLC. Several members — including Mr. Ashkenazi, Mr. Chamora, Miss Litman and Mr. Caramatica — registered affirmative votes on the memorializations.
The board approved minutes from January 15 and February 19, 2026. In other scheduling actions, the board carried applications for 1313 South Roller Road (block 142, lot 36) and 260 Overbrook Avenue (block 22, lot 40) to the April 16, 2026 meeting at 7 p.m. with no further notice required, and instructed that Two Texas Avenue (219 Lewis Street) will be renoticed and heard on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.
The actions were largely procedural; the board emphasized notice requirements and time limits for testimony (no new cases after 9 p.m., no new testimony after 9:30 p.m.). The meeting continued with several contested and nonroutine variance applications that were discussed and voted on later in the agenda.
