She described subsequent flooding on April 2 and April 11 and a pattern of promised contractor visits on April 6, April 29–30, May 4 and May 8 that either failed to occur or did not clear the clog because the tile is perforated and appears to be plugging with roots. She said the county contractor reported being unable to jet through roots and that a county engineer recommended replacing the line with solid pipe and fixing the outlet area.
"The water stood for 11 days, and it killed our grass," Stanger said, asking the board for improved communication and timely repairs.
Chair responded that open forum is a report‑out period, not a question‑and‑answer session, but said the board would take the report under advisement and move it forward. The chair thanked Stanger for bringing the issue to the board's attention.
