Committee members asked if Franktown will build and own the structure; staff said Franktown will own the building while the county retains the land and that if the lease ends the building could revert to county ownership under the lease terms (the transcript recorded “30 or 40” years; the precise term was not specified). Staff identified the property’s address as 215 Granbury at the corner of Granbury and River Road and described nearby landmarks including the Academy gym, the main library and Renaissance High School.
