Under the city subdivision ordinance and the Subdivision Map Act, the city may grant time extensions. Lenar (Lennar) Homes of California—identified as the applicant—requested additional time to prepare a final map.
Staff recommended a two‑year extension to expire March 21, 2027 and proposed Resolution 3014 to document the extension, subject to the original approval conditions. No members of the public spoke during the public hearing.
Council Member Espinosa moved to adopt the resolution granting a two‑year extension; Council Member Prout seconded and the council approved the extension by roll call.
