"They've got no issue planting evergreens in front of that fence so it blocks the viewshed from the road," a staff presenter said while describing the department’s willingness to coordinate placement.
Staff also noted that the agreement includes language stating the county is not responsible for tower maintenance or repairs. The board moved and approved the tower location as presented; a voice vote approved the motion during the meeting and staff said they would share the agreement (which contains meets-and-bounds information) for board review.
