During the All Community Council meeting county and community council representatives gave brief updates from jurisdictions across Missoula County.
West Valley reported routine Frenchtown items, a town-pump development update and the closure of a community bank account; a commissioner visit to a future meeting was planned. East Missoula outlined upcoming community events including a plant clinic and an ice cream social and discussed board membership and reimbursement procedures for council expenses. The Clinton council said it would pause regular monthly meetings through the summer, noted a $183 donation to a teachers’ supply fund that brought its checking balance to zero, and recapped a candidates forum for House District 93 that drew in-person and online audiences and was recorded by MCAT.
Bonner councilors and residents reiterated continued community interest in a proposed data/AI center, said earlier public events drew large turnouts, and reported there were no major new public updates on the Blackfoot Crossing project. Bonner also reported a rural microgrant for four community signs and ongoing local concerns about train noise and access to bear‑resistant containers.
Commissioner Dave Strowmire reminded listeners that social media attention had prompted many to tune in but that this county meeting is not the formal venue for the Bonner data center project and that any formal public comment for that item would take place in the appropriate record and venue.
