- Trust policies Section 5: Dr. Dinger moved to table final action on Section 5 of the trust policies, asking for a dedicated study session to continue policy review; the motion to table carried.
- Superintendent performance pay: Following executive session review of goals, the board approved the second half of the superintendent’s performance pay plan in the amount of $6,600.
Several consent items, including gifts and donations (musical instruments, equipment, and funds to offset student meal account balances), were approved earlier in the meeting by unanimous voice votes. The board adjourned after completing action items and returning from executive session.
