Lifeline Animal Project is offering eight mobile clinic days every month to help DeKalb County pet owners, host Aviva Hoffman said.
"The organization is offering free pet vaccines and free spayneuter services to help residents care for their pets," Hoffman said, adding that program funding is limited and services are available only to DeKalb County residents who are truly in need.
The announcement directed residents to apply via a QR code and to follow the spay–neuter link for eligibility and scheduling details. Hoffman did not provide clinic locations, appointment capacity, or the criteria used to determine need in the bulletin.
Because funding and clinic space are limited, Lifeline Animal Project asked that only qualifying residents apply for the free services.
