Millstone committee adopts payroll and budget measures; multiple resolutions approved

On the consent agenda the committee approved resolutions 26-104 through 26-108, which included: authorization to apply for and accept a New Jersey Historic Preservation Grant for the Clarksburg Methodist Episcopal Church Cemetery (26-104); payment of vouchers (26-105); a Green Acres enabling resolution (26-106); appointment of an information-technology systems administrator (26-107); and support for county home funding provided to the Affordable Housing Alliance (26-108). The committee adopted those consent items by a single motion and roll-call vote with all listed members voting yes.
The body also approved Resolution 26-109, authorizing temporary emergency appropriations (No. 2).
What’s next: The committee scheduled second readings and public hearings for the ordinances on April 15, 2026. Staff did not announce additional required filings at the meeting; residents seeking additional detail were directed to the township clerk and the town code online.
