The chair called the meeting to order at 4:33 p.m. and asked Kayla to take roll call. "It's 4:33. I'm going to call this meeting to order," the chair said.
During roll call, the person taking attendance named Miss Luna Rose, Mr. Romero, Miss Sha, Miss Extramm and Dr. Robbie; several participants replied "here." Dr. Robbie noted at that point that "we have three of us here right now."
Dr. Robbie then said that, if a quorum existed, he would move that the group go into executive session. "I'm going to move a motion to move us into executive session," Dr. Robbie said. The motion was seconded and members approved it by voice vote. The chair announced the meeting would reconvene at approximately 5:30 p.m.
The public portion of the meeting was recessed for the executive session; no substantive matters from the executive session were discussed on the public record in the transcript. The group said they would return for the regular meeting around 5:30 p.m.
