Conservation commission approves two field-change requests, continues several hearings

Continued items and scheduling - 42 Old Harbor Lane: Continued to April 1, 2026 for order (discussion focused on correcting an unpermitted patio from 2018 and strengthening mitigation). - 0 Eastward Road (Chatham Conservation Foundation invasives management): Continued to April 1 to allow staff to prepare an order and timing given the April 1 timing restriction for nesting season. - 72 Semist Lane, 357 Stony Hill Road, 10 Meadow View Road, 41 Katy Ford Road and other items were continued to April 1, April 8 or April 22 as noted on the record to allow for revised plans, on-site inspection, or additional materials. - The commission also voted to move the irrigation-requirements discussion to April 22 so staff and stakeholders can develop a proposal.
