Paramount council approves consent calendar, postpones water plan hearing and reports no action after closed session

Upon returning the city attorney reported, "The city council met in closed session to discuss the one item on the posted agenda. All five council members were present and no reportable action was taken." The meeting was then adjourned to the next regular meeting on June 9 at 6 p.m. in council chambers at city hall.
The council did not take any formal action on the water plan at this meeting; the item will be renoticed for June 23, 2026, according to staff.
