Council approves Origin Hotel amendment and repeals concept plan review; consent agenda passes

Council Bill 17 (repeal of concept plan review): Councilor Johnson moved and Councilor Brauchas seconded a repeal of section 11‑5‑6.5 of the Westminster Municipal Code (the concept plan review requirement for projects requiring council approval).
