After deliberation the committee added conditions including: no buckets of bottles/cans on tables; a limit of two alcoholic beverages served to a single patron at a time; active door monitoring and capacity counts; requirement to preserve video when requested by MPD until police say it can be discarded; and private security on Friday and Saturday evenings. The licensee accepted the conditions.
What’s next: Renewals will proceed to council and inspectors will verify camera retention practices and security staffing. The committee said it will revisit compliance as needed.
