Separately, the highway liaison said Lowe’s has donated a tulip tree that crews will plant the following morning. Planting work is expected to start at about 10:00 a.m., with a photo and proclamation reading at 11:15 a.m.; the council asked members to attend the 11:15 photo opportunity to be included in the caption. Members identified Sarah Bolosky as a PR contact to help distribute images to local outlets.
