The resolution passed 4–0 with Councilwoman Kelly Jasinski absent; the motion was made by Councilman Rob Fendrick and seconded by Councilman Chuck Curtiss.
Resolution 26-61 approved overnight travel for Alex Hyson, Damien Lester, Hunter Wade and Kyle Horan to attend water certification classes April 2–3, 2026, in Morrisville, N.Y., with per-person costs listed as $96 for hotel and $375 for training, and reimbursement of reasonable expenses, to be paid from the Consolidated Water Fund. That resolution also passed 4–0 with Jasinski absent; the motion was made by Councilman Fendrick and seconded by Councilman Curtiss.
Both resolutions were recorded as "ADOPTED" with the aye votes listed as Supervisor John Antoski, Councilman Michael Carota, Councilman Chuck Curtiss and Councilman Rob Fendrick. The meeting then moved to an executive session on litigation before returning and adjourning at 7:55 p.m.
