Budget amendment for water meters: Staff requested a FY25-26 budget amendment to reallocate existing line items to buy additional water meters because inventory was depleted. Council members asked whether replacement meters would be charged to homeowners; staff said meters installed due to normal failure are replaced by the village, while replacements caused by misuse may be charged to the property owner.
