The Board unanimously scheduled the hearing after the Mayor reported that the Village Attorney is finalizing the draft and that a copy will be posted to the Village website at least 10 days before the hearing.
The hearing was set to give residents an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed local law when the attorney's final draft becomes available. The Mayor told trustees the Village Attorney was out of town but that the copy was expected soon. No further details of the law’s content were disclosed at the meeting.
