Board of Adjustments elects Wyatt Kenudson chair, names Eric Stall vice chair

The Board of Adjustments elected Member Wyatt Kenudson as chair and Member Eric Stall as vice chair at its Feb. 26 meeting and approved the minutes from the Oct. 23, 2025 meeting, board members said.

Board staff explained the election process before nominations, saying officers serve one-year terms and take office at the next meeting. The board’s secretary, town staff, serves ex officio and does not vote.

A member nominated Wyatt Kenudson for chair; Kenudson accepted the nomination, saying, "Sure. I'll do." The board then confirmed the nomination by roll call. Later, Eric Stall — who staff had reported was willing to serve if nominated — was nominated and confirmed as vice chair by roll call.

Separately, a motion to accept the Oct. 23, 2025 minutes was moved, seconded and approved by roll call. The transcript does not specify which member moved or the individual vote tally.

In administrative updates, staff asked members to respond to a doodle poll for a board-and-commission appreciation dinner. Staff also reported, "we don't currently have any applications pending action for variances that the board of adjustment would normally hear," and noted the board has five seated members, one alternate and a vacancy for a second alternate; applications remain open until the vacancy is filled.

The board did not take additional action on policy items at the meeting and will convene again when applications are submitted or when an agenda requires.
