The Infrastructure Committee voted to recommend city council approve a corrected resolution authorizing funding for the Phase 2 Mingo Road and Air Street sidewalk improvement project. Staff told the committee the city previously approved a resolution in March 2025 but it referenced a different project; the corrected resolution will allow the project to move forward with construction this summer. The committee approved the recommendation by roll call (4–0); the motion on the floor was made by Matthew Perkins and seconded by Lisa Hataline.
Staff indicated the project cost has not changed from prior estimates; no new cost figure was provided in the meeting packet. Committee members asked for a roll call and recorded affirmative votes from the attending members. The committee will forward the corrected resolution to city council for final authorization and to allow engineering and bidding to proceed.
