Craig Suginowski of Rim Engineering, representing the owner (Jennifer Dherty), said a vernal pool was identified at the site and that replacement of an existing deck would be done from the lawn area with all work performed by hand. He and the applicant confirmed sediment-control measures would be added to the plans. Because no file number had been issued, the commission did not close the hearing and voted to continue the matter to June 8.
The continuation preserves the record and allows the applicant to submit the finalized plan set and receive a docket number before the commission votes on the Notice of Intent.
