Summary

The City Council recorded the following formal actions at its May 26 meeting.
- CU26001 (14362 Greenwell Springs Road): Planning and Zoning recommended approval of a conditional use permit for a self-service storage facility; council approved the permit with the PNZ-recommended stipulations (vote recorded in favor among members present).
- CU26003 (17585 Greenwell Springs Road — borrow pit excavation): The applicant requested a deferral; council moved and deferred the item to the June 9, 2026 meeting.
- DZ26001 (7510 and 7520 Droves Road rezoning): PNZ recommended approval; council approved the rezoning per PNZ recommendation.
- FHWA recreational trails grant application for the spring site: Council authorized submission of a grant application to the FHWA Recreational Trails Program (application due July 1).
These actions were taken in addition to the ADU ordinance amendment and the road-repairs budget amendment noted separately.
