The staff summary said Griffy's Property Management received $35,000 and reported creating 13 full-time-equivalent jobs; Melie Shoes received $35,000 and created one full-time position and one part-time job. Several other awards were to low- and moderate-income owners who did not add jobs, according to the staff update.
