He also summarized personnel changes in the Fire Department: Deputy Chief David Larissy will retire Jan. 9, Lieutenant Robert Lucas Jr. will retire Jan. 3, Captain Donald Triani III has been promoted to deputy chief of fire prevention, Matthew Triani was promoted to captain, and William Greavves was promoted to lieutenant; he noted related shift assignments and effective dates.
