Smithton trustees approve police lateral-entry agreement and adopt Ordinance No. 1064

Trustee Jim Elbe moved to approve the Lateral Entry Memorandum of Agreement as presented; Trustee Jim Mourey seconded. Roll-call votes were recorded as yes from Trustees Elbe, Mourey, Becherer, Hopkins and Reyling. The minutes record that the motion carried. The minutes do not include details of the agreement’s incentives or terms.
Trustee Tim Hopkins moved that the clerk read Ordinance No. 1064 (Employees) by title only and that the board approve it; Trustee Todd Reyling seconded. The roll-call vote recorded yes votes from Trustees Hopkins, Reyling, Becherer, Elbe and Mourey, and the ordinance was adopted.
