Oradell to retain special planner and commission municipal facilities space‑needs study

Council members stressed the need for reliable data to inform decisions. A council leader said the study should produce a schedule and budget estimate so the governing body can plan future action and capital requests. Hines indicated the council should expect a report in 2025 and that the study will rely in part on prior 2015 evaluations.
