Board approves Geomat leaching system for 296 North Main Street

Board members asked no substantive technical questions. A motion to approve the Geomat leaching system plan as presented by Morse Engineering passed by roll call vote. The plan approval advances the project to the permitting and installation stage; Morse Engineering will proceed with final plan details and scheduling for construction and inspections.
