Personnel and administration: The board accepted the resignation of assistant town administrator Lauren Casone effective April 17 and authorized posting/hiring for her replacement. The board also approved the reappointment of members to the Arts and Culture Committee, authorized hiring for police and public-works positions, and confirmed summer-camp programming agreements with Chappaqua Central School District and Seven Bridges Swim Club.
Equipment and operations: The board authorized the use of a purchasing cooperative to buy a QuickView HD zoom camera for DPW (vendor: Joe Johnson Equipment Company; cost not to exceed $21,137) and approved a five-year maintenance agreement for the Inningwood Road pump station generator with Cummins Sales & Service at $3,849.19 annually.
