The budget document also reflects expected tax increment financing (TIF) revenue, which staff said is estimated at about $122,000 this year, up from roughly $112,000 last year; planned uses include downtown maintenance, art installations, marketing, and the annual facade-rebate program. “Last year’s TIF revenue came in around 112,000. This year, the estimate for TIF revenue is 122,000,” Kristen told the board.
