The Dover Planning Board approved a preliminary site-plan review for a 20-by-14-foot (approximately 280 sq ft) accessory shed at 3 Tubbrook Drive at its April 6 meeting.
Town Planner Melissa reviewed the application materials, which included a stamped plot plan and elevations. She reported the proposed shed meets setback requirements, will be used only for storage, and proposes no utility connections. Engineering comments identified minor staging and stormwater coordination needs; staff recommended approval with standard conditions.
Planning Board member Jody moved to approve the application as described in the staff report (items 1–7); Val seconded. The board voted in favor with recorded "yes" votes from Val, Jody, Katie and Chair Carol.
The applicant, Mark, thanked staff for assistance; Melissa said the application was a good example of the OpenGov workflow working as intended.
