Council adopts ordinance correcting parking standards to include 'showroom' in multiple zones

"While showroom was properly incorporated into 15.30.002 of the allowed use table and the general commercial parking standards in 15.14.060 it was inadvertently omitted from the parking standards for the zones light industrial manufacturing and entry commercial entry corridor commercial," Jill said, summarizing staff's recommendation.
Council treated the measure as a cleanup item, moved to adopt ordinance 2026‑10, and the motion passed on roll call. The ordinance will be numbered 2026‑10 and take its effect as provided in the municipal code process.
