Brian Zamansky, a manager with McGuire Sponsel consulting, told the commission the company plans roughly $22 million in personal property investment phased over five years (about $8 million up front, with later-year investments concentrated toward year five). He said the project is expected to retain 260 existing employees and create at least 20 net new jobs, chiefly supervisory and management positions paying around $35 an hour; hiring could begin as soon as third quarter 2026 if the incentives are approved.
Commissioners moved and seconded a motion to approve the ERRA designation and personal property tax abatement; the motion passed on a voice vote with one opposition recorded. Staff included a memorandum agreement and supporting materials in the meeting packet. Brian Zamansky and the director answered questions about phasing and compliance expectations.
