Council adopts police testing change and extends solicitors permit to one year

Solicitors and advertising ordinance (Ordinance 25-5): Council read the ordinance by title and held public comment. The ordinance extends solicitors/advertising permitting from six months to one year per a police recommendation intended to reduce administrative burden.
