Facilities shared a master schedule showing sequencing through summer and into December, with final cleaning for a new administration building (Building L) targeted for July 31.
Staff announced the Pacheco High School baseball-field bid opening on May 20; if awarded, the project is a 90-day scope. The district also reported it has requested $3.8 million in reimbursements from the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for solar/EV projects.
Grasslands Elementary special-education building design is in progress and the district sought authorization to seek bids for a building manufacturer; the board approved that authorization and awarded two LEAP portables to AMS with contract-execution authority delegated to the superintendent.
Trustees asked to receive more-detailed schedules and were assured staff will provide follow-up reports.
