Millstone Township’s committee approved a consent agenda on June 5, 2024, enacting resolutions 24-137 through 24-148 by a single motion and roll-call vote.
Items listed included payment of vouchers for June 5 (24-137); a shared records information management agreement with the County of Mammoth (24-138); appointment of a New Jersey–licensed tree expert and authorization of a non-fair-and-open professional services contract (24-139); a final change order and supplemental agreement for the Clarksburg Cultural Center project (24-140); renewal of alcohol beverage licenses for the Millstone Township Elks and KMK Realty Associates LLC for 2024–2025 (24-141 and 24-143); a contract amount increase for the special environmental council (24-142); appointment of seasonal clean‑communities employees (24-144, 24-145); an appraisal services contract for Block 31.05 Lot 18 (50 Agress Road) (24-146); appointment of a fire protection subcode official (24-147); and authorization of a videographer (24-148).
A motion and second to adopt the consent agenda carried on a unanimous roll-call vote by present members (Committee person Davis, Committee person Zabroski, Mayor Pharaoh). Several of the items were routine renewals and staffing matters; the meeting record does not show separate debate on these items because they were adopted as a single package.
