City manager announces half-cent project submission window and Saturday cleanup event

The manager encouraged council and community engagement to help shape the program that will be considered by the board and council.
The manager also invited volunteers to the annual Great Tyler Cleanup on Saturday, April 11 at Southside Park and described the event as open to individuals or teams.
Council members added anecdotal remarks about the visit and community hospitality; no formal council action was required on these announcements.
