The Leverne Planning Commission on May 26 approved two development items: a site plan for a 10,800‑square‑foot building on 4.14 acres at 425 Industrial Boulevard and a preliminary plat named “MROSE” proposing nine residential lots on 2 acres at 111 Irvin Road.
For the Industrial Boulevard site plan, the application lists the property owner as Site Pro Rentals, Inc. and the submittal was requested by Dwey Engineering. Mr. Logan told commissioners that planning comments and engineering concerns had been addressed and that no outstanding engineering items remained. A commissioner moved to accept the site plan as submitted, a second was recorded, and the commission approved the motion by voice vote.
On the MROSE preliminary plat, the commission heard that the proposal remains for nine lots, that mobile homes on the property have been or will be removed, and that planning and engineering comments have been addressed. The applicant is listed as Keley Properties LLC with SEC, Inc. as the requester. A motion to accept the preliminary plat as submitted was seconded and approved by voice vote.
Chair confirmed items five, seven and eight were deferred. In a separate presentation on bonds and letters of credit, a staff member presented the commission with the list, cautioned that one column in the report was not yet correct and said she was coordinating corrections with inspectors; she added that two entities were sending renewals by the end of the month. The commission adjourned following those reports.
The approvals permit staff to proceed with final technical reviews and permit processing consistent with the accepted plans and plats; any outstanding permit conditions will be enforced during staff review and permitting.
