Board approves Eagle Scout walking‑tour signs and Girl Scouts kindness rock garden; approves hires and procurement notices

The board also approved seasonal hires (including Shane Collison, Anthony Fassano, Gerardo Gennaro/Izzo and Dominic Izzo) and a media/video hire (Bridget Green) presented by recreation staff. The board announced sealed-bid dates for concrete footings (April 17), parking‑violation processing (April 30) and a hockey rink canopy (May 7). Following a joint Lynbrook–Malverne RFP for IT services, trustees received a recommendation to continue with the current vendor, SourcePass (formerly Total Computer).
Votes on motions to approve hires, waive fees for community uses and accept bid schedules were carried by voice vote as recorded in the transcript.
