Commissioners asked staff to clarify which bridges were county responsibility, provide recent inspection reports that include posted tonnage, and clean up the project list before state submission. The board authorized submission of the recommended L project (including three priority bridges) and voted to award the resurfacing contract to CW Matthews at $1,823,888 with funding directions to bridge deficits from identified county sources.
