A member of the public, Nancy Weiner Bizinary, told the board she had visited the Hickeys at the proposed location and supported the license: “I think my parents would be very pleased with this operation. I think that they would fully support the music. They would also support having the license.”
After closing the hearing and taking questions about the proposed manager’s experience and on‑site responsibilities, a board member moved approval and the motion passed unanimously. The license was approved as presented for the Daily Brew’s North Falmouth location.
Next steps: The license allows the Daily Brew to serve alcohol at the new address subject to the town’s licensing rules and any ongoing conditions set by the town; the manager’s TIP certification was submitted with the application.
