Romela Glorioso Moss presented the Henry Lynch Road MOA; the committee thanked staff and approved the MOA without further questions. Maggie Moore and two company representatives attended online to describe the WSPUSA amendment, which committee members approved by roll call.
On the budget resolution, Deputy City Manager and budget staff (Andy Hopkins) walked the committee through a single substantive technical correction (Amendment A): an oversight that undercounted an affordable-housing position (intent was for two positions) and a debt-service budgeting error related to LED street-light and solarization payments. Amendment A passed and the main budget resolution passed on roll call. Committee members praised the improved pre-committee question-and-answer process, noting that advance written questions produced clearer answers and fewer last-minute clarifications.
Key votes: Item 8A (Henry Lynch Road MOA) approved unanimously; Item 8B (WSPUSA amendment) approved unanimously; Amendment A to the budget approved, and the FY2026-27 budget resolution approved by roll call.
