Staff said they will track complaints through Town Hall and assign them to the inspections team for follow-up; an internal point person will keep a list and provide regular updates to the mayor and council.
Council members asked for the inspections plan and the 90-day implementation timeline to be circulated to councilors and said they expect the town to enforce standards consistently while allowing businesses a reasonable time to comply under the new ordinance.
