A board member moved to approve the minutes; a second was recorded and a roll-call vote recorded 'Aye' from Number reader, Number Vega and Mayor Carol. The motion passed.
During new business the board considered payment of the presented bills. "This time I motion that we pay the bills," said a board member, and another board member seconded the motion. A roll-call vote again returned 'Aye' from Number reader, Number Vega and Mayor Carol, and the board authorized payment of the bills presented at the workshop.
The meeting record shows no substantive debate on either item. After the votes, staff introduced other agenda business and the board proceeded to bid openings for a separate grant item. The meeting adjourned following brief closing remarks.
