David Tyon recounted that the board had entertained an offer at its May 6 meeting and had opened an upset-bid period consistent with statute. Staff said the property description is included in the meeting packet and that no other bids were received. Commissioner Smith moved to accept the resolution authorizing sale to the identified purchaser (recorded in the packet as 'Jeet P'); the board voted to approve the resolution.
The resolution authorizes the town to proceed with the sale under the terms described in the meeting packet. The packet contains the property description and the initial offer; staff confirmed the upset-bid process was completed with no additional bids reported.
