Prichard council approves retail beer and table-wine license for 7 Days 2 LLC

A representative for 7 Days 2 LLC told the council the location is an Exxon on Berkeley Avenue near Highway 45 and said they had signed a new lease for the site. The representative said they have about 11 years of experience operating similar businesses and that they have not had prior issues at their other location.
No members of the public rose in opposition during the hearing. Following the clerk's procedural steps, the council voted to approve the license application and directed the applicant to the city clerk's office to complete the required paperwork.
The council recorded the approval by roll call with all members voting yes.
