New Windsor board approves series of infrastructure, safety and administrative measures

Other operational items: The board approved license agreements with Central Hudson and Verizon for temporary decorative attachments and banners on utility poles, authorized DOT permit applications to locate security cameras and license-plate readers on utility poles in state rights-of-way (locations specified in the attached resolution), approved a one-year kennel agreement to accept impounded dogs during evenings/cold weather, and authorized a contract for nuisance wildlife control at the town landfill not to exceed $1,300 for calendar year 2025.
