Huron council OKs Riverfest agreement with road closures, limited beer sales for July event

Council recorded the motion and voted in favor. Staff confirmed there will be no fireworks at this Riverfest weekend; a larger fireworks show remains a separate event. The resolution authorizes the city manager to finalize terms and execute the event agreement.
